ಜನ ಜೀವಾಳ ಜಾಲ: ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು, ಜೂನ್ 13: ಹಳೇ ಪಿಂಚಣಿ ಯೋಜನೆಯ ಜಾರಿಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ಸಚಿವ ಸಂಪುಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಚರ್ಚಿಸಿ ಬಜೆಟ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಘೋಷಿಸುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ತೀರ್ಮಾನಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು ಎಂದು ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ ಅವರು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
ಹಳೆ ಪಿಂಚಣಿ ಯೋಜನೆ ಜಾರಿಗೊಳಿಸುವಂತೆ ಕೋರಿ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಎನ್.ಪಿ.ಎಸ್. ನೌಕರರ ಸಂಘ ಹಾಗೂ ವಿವಿಧ ಸಂಘಟನೆಗಳ ಪದಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳ ನಿಯೋಗವು ಇಂದು ಅವರನ್ನು ಭೇಟಿ ಮಾಡಿದ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದರು.
ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಜಾರಿ ಮಾಡಿರುವ ಗ್ಯಾರಂಟಿ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಸಮರ್ಪಕವಾಗಿ ಜಾರಿಗೊಳಿಸಲು ನೌಕರರು ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದ ಅವರು, ಪ್ರಾಮಾಣಿಕವಾಗಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ ಗಳನ್ನು ಜನರಿಗೆ ಮುಟ್ಟಿಸುವ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡಬೇಕೆಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
ಮಾಜಿ ವಿಧಾನ ಪರಿಷತ್ ಸದಸ್ಯ ವಿ.ಎಸ್ ಉಗ್ರಪ್ಪ ಅವರು ಮಾತನಾಡಿ, 1.4.2006 ರಲ್ಲಿ ಎನ್.ಪಿ.ಎಸ್ ಜಾರಿಯಾಗಿದೆ. 2.98 ಲಕ್ಷ ನೌಕರರು ಇದರ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಗೆ ಒಳಪಡುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಪಿಂಚಣಿ ಮೊತ್ತವನ್ನು ಎನ್.ಎಸ್.ಡಿ.ಎಲ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಠೇವಾಣಿ ಇಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಈ ಮೊತ್ತ ಬಳಕೆ ಮಾಡಿ ಇವರು ನಿವೃತ್ತಿಯಾಗುವ ವೇಳೆಗೆ ಲಭ್ಯವಾಗುವಂತೆ ಜಿ.ಪಿ.ಎಫ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಇಡಬಹುದು. ವೋಟ್ ಫಾರ್ ಒ.ಪಿ.ಎಸ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗಿಯಾದವರ ಮೇಲೆ ಕೈಗೊಂಡಿರುವ ಶಿಸ್ತಿನ ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಬಿಡುವ ಕುರಿತು ಸರ್ಕಾರ ತೀರ್ಮಾನಿಸಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ವಿವರಿಸಿದರು.
ರಾಜಾಸ್ತಾನ, ಛತ್ತೀಸ್ ಗಡದಲ್ಲಿ ಎನ್.ಪಿ.ಎಸ್ ರದ್ದಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಅದನ್ನು ರದ್ದುಗೊಳಿಸಿ ಹಳೆ ಪಿಂಚಣಿ ಯೋಜನೆಯನ್ನು ಜಾರಿಗೊಳಿಸಬೇಕು. ಎನ್.ಪಿ.ಎಸ್ ರದ್ದು ಮಾಡುವುದರಿಂದ ಯೋಜನೆಯಡಿ ಲಭ್ಯವಿರುವ ಒಟ್ಟು 19 ಸಾವಿರ ಕೋಟಿ ಹಣವನ್ನು ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ ಗಳಿಗೆ ದೊರೆಯಲಿದೆ. ನೌಕರರ ಪಾಲಿನ 9 ಸಾವಿರ ಕೋಟಿ ಜಿಪಿಎಫ್ ಗೆ ಪರಿವರ್ತನೆ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುಬಹುದು ಹಾಗೂ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ 10 ಸಾವಿರ ಕೋಟಿ ರೂ.ಗಳು ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಪಾಲನ್ನು ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳಿಗೆ ಬಳಕೆ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬಹುದು ಎಂದು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಎನ್.ಪಿ.ಎಸ್ ನೌಕರರ ಸಂಘದ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಶಾಂತಾರಾಂ ತೇಜ ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
ಮಾಜಿ ಸಚಿವ ವಿ.ಎಸ್.ಉಗ್ರಪ್ಪ, ಪ್ರಾಥಮಿಕ ಶಾಲಾ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ಸಂಘ, ಕೆ.ಪಿ.ಟಿ.ಸಿಎಲ್, ಆರೋಗ್ಯ, ಜಲಮಂಡಳಿ, ಕಂದಾಯ ಇಲಾಖೆ ನೌಕರರ ಸಂಘ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಹಲವು ಸಂಘಟನೆಗಳ ನೂರಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಪ್ರತಿನಿಧಿಗಳು ಈ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತರಿದ್ದರು.
*NPS cancellation- to be discussed in Cabinet meeting : Chief Minister Siddaramaiah*
Bengaluru, June 13: Chief Minister Siddaramaiah assured that discussion will be held regarding implementation of the old pension scheme in the cabinet and a decision will be taken to announce it in the budget.
He was speaking to the delegation of office bearers of NPS employees' union that met him today urging cancellation of New Pension Scheme.
The CM said that the employees should work efficiently to implement the guarantee schemes of the government, and said that they should sincerely work to reach the benefits of the government programs to the people.
Former MLC V.S.Ugrappa who spoke on the occasion informed that, 2.98 lakh employees are covered under NPS. The pension amount is deposited in NSDL. This amount can be deposited in GPF which can be made available at the time of retirement. He explained that the government should decide to drop the disciplinary action taken against those who took part in Vote for OPS campaign.
NPS has been cancelled in Rajasthan and Chhattisgarh, it should also be canceled in Karnataka and the old pension scheme should be implemented. By canceling NPS, a total of 19,000 crores is available under the scheme which can be used for development programs of the government. 9,000 crores of employees' share can be converted to GPF and 10,000 crores of government share can be used for development programs, Karnataka State NPS employees' union president Shantaram Teja explained.
Representatives of Primary School Teachers Association, KPTCL, Health, BWSSB, Revenue and other departments associations were present.
