In a swift early morning operation, Lokayukta officials launched simultaneous raids in Ballari targeting Thippeswamy, an Assistant Executive Engineer (AEE) with the Rural Development and Panchayat Raj (RDPR) department in Siruguppa, following allegations of possessing assets disproportionate to his known sources of income.
The Lokayukta teams conducted synchronized searches across three distinct locations linked to the engineer, including his official residence in Hanuman Nagar, Ballari, his house in Kudatini town, and his office premises in Siruguppa.
The coordinated crackdown was executed by three separate investigative teams operating under the direct supervision and guidance of Lokayukta Superintendent of Police (SP) Vasudev, with officials thoroughly inspecting financial documents and property records at all raided locations.
