The Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) has brought fantastic news for government job aspirants by issuing separate notifications for the recruitment of 4,723 vacancies across various state government departments. The announced vacancies also include dedicated posts for the Kalyana Karnataka cadre, with department-wise detailed notifications now available on the official portal.
Among the major openings, the Revenue Department has invited applications for 572 Village Administrative Officer (VAO) posts, out of which 67 positions are reserved specifically for the Kalyana Karnataka region. Additionally, the Department of Survey Settlement and Land Records is looking to fill 750 Surveyor posts, including 190 vacancies earmarked for the Kalyana Karnataka cadre.
The education sector also sees a significant boost, with 1,087 teaching positions open under the Karnataka Residential Educational Institutions Society (KREIS). These vacancies span across prestigious residential schools, including Morarji Desai, Kittur Rani Chennamma, Atal Bihari Vajpayee, Smt. Indira Gandhi, and Dr. B.R. Ambedkar residential schools, with 320 of these posts reserved for Kalyana Karnataka. Furthermore, the Karnataka State Police Department is conducting a massive recruitment drive to fill 2,314 vacancies for the post of Special Reserve Police Constable.
